Safeguarding the health of all our clients and staff is our number one priority, because of this, we currently won't be treating anyone who:
- Has any symptoms like fever, sore throat, cough, fatigue, difficulty breathing or has lost sense of smell/taste
- Has returned from overseas in the last 14 days
- Has recently tested positive for COVID-19
- Are awaiting results for COVID-19 test
- Have had close contact with confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 14 days
- Generally feeling unwell
- Are not vaccinated

If you get these sympoms or have close contact with someone with COVID-19 AFTER making your appointment, please call in to reschedule!
Heightened hygiene processes
For your health and safety we have implemented heightened hygiene processes in Gold Coast Spine and Sinu Remedial Massage.
- Hand sanitisers being available for staff and all clients. Please use it when you enter!
- Practice surfaces being sanitised on regular basis every single day
- Therapists washing their hands before and after everty treatment
- Massage table being sanitised and towels cleaned after every client
- Gold Coast Spine commercial cleaners have updated their practices based on Australian Government recommendations.
